Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup erythritol or your preferred keto sweetener. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp cinnamon. 1/4 tsp nutmeg. 1/4 tsp salt. 4 large eggs. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. 2 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts optional. 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips optional.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter or coconut oil. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
