Hello, my name is Zach, I'm a 25 year old trans masculine person trying to escape the deep south. I've tried many times to get a job but I keep getting rejected. I live in a very conservative area and have been struggling to maintain a job that doesn't stiff me out of paychecks by not clocking me in and blaming their neglect on me. Waffle house is currently under fire for it as well as wage theft.

My only issue isn't getting hired, my family is very much unsupportive and trying to get a ride anywhere is like pulling teeth. They want unnecessary amounts of money for gas and/ or conveniently having appointments or out of the house when it's nearing the time to head to an interview.

There's also an issue with general safety, my family does not take storm season seriously anymore either and we were nearly killed during the past hurricane Helene; a tornado tore through our backyard and my family slept through it while I sobbed and said goodbye to my partner in the bathroom. We live in a camper and mobile home mind you and my family likes to act like nothing bad will happen to us.

I'm trying to get to Oregon to be with my partner of three years, I will be in a safer space with a guaranteed job. Please help me out! Thank you so much.
