Choose your ship, 14, and I can't wait to read it :)
Here is your very lame, very short, fairly gay fic, wanderingmemory. Here’s to hoping you enjoy it, despite the ship being one you’ve never read about. :)
Ship: Puck/Ash (Iron Fey Series)
Quality: Semi-decent reality TV
The teacher clapped her hands together and the class of high school students fell silent. “So I don’t ruin the rest of your year, let me tell you now that where you’re currently sitting will be your lab table during your time in this class, and the person sitting beside you will be your lab partner. If anyone wants to change, do it now. You have one minute.”
She turned her back and immediately there was a shuffling of chairs. Towards the back of the room, a boy with black hair and gray eyes looked to his left. “I’m going to regret working with you, aren’t I?” he said to the lanky redhead beside him.
"Oh, Ashypoo, your never-ending devotion warms my heart."
"Shut it, Goodfell," Ash muttered, his face moving in such a way that Rob wanted nothing more than to swoop down and kiss his pouting lips. He knew he couldn’t, of course. His - boyfriend? friend with benefits? lover? They’d been together for years, yet had never defined their relationship - had a strict no-PDA rule. And while Rob had broken it in the past, it made the other boy uncomfortable and occasionally upset or angry, and Rob didn’t like to see Ash anything under "content" on the happiness scale, so he wasn’t going to chance it.
Though the other boy hated it, the rule made sense, considering their relationship wasn’t exactly approved of by Ash’s rich and powerful single mother, who thought her son deserved better than a poor, grubby foster kid. Not that Rob was poor or grubby in actuality - his foster father was rich and powerful in his own right, the head of the company that was Ash’s mother’s biggest competitor. That little fact hadn’t exactly helped…
The redhead jolted from his thoughts to meet Ash’s eyes. “Yeah?”
"You were staring at my mouth," he said with a somewhat exasperated smile, and Rob knew Ash knew exactly what sort of things he had been thinking about.
"It must be because it’s so exquisite. How could I not?"
Ash quirked a corner of his exquisite lips. “Later.”
Later. Rob felt excitement course through him. Later was even better than now. Later, in the privacy of Ash’s bedroom, in his own wing of his family’s mansion, where no one could see or hear them…
"Later, Ashypoo?" he said with a grin "But we have chemistry now."
