hey! I was wondering if you even had a problem with all of the salt in korean food? I get super bloated >. < and was wondering if there was something I could do, or a way to eat, while I'm there?
You know, I was never very conscious of my body before I started dieting/working out a few months ago, so I can’t say I ever noticed it while I was in Korea. But now that I’ve lost weight and become more sensitive to picking up on the changes in my body, I do find that I get CRAZY bloated if I go even a little bit overboard on salt. So I’m kind of nervous now about eating when I go back! All those soups like ramen and jjambbong and tangs and jjigaes are alllllll salt but I loooove them. @.@;; so I feel your struggle. I hate feeling bloated.ㅜㅜ
My only advice is to stay away from soups/broths if you can (as well as fried foods, instant or highly processed foods, and sauces like soy sauce), and drink lots of water!! Green tea is also a natural diuretic that’s both yummy and good for you~.
