Stiles came by for a visit

Unable to keep her eyes open any longer, Cora allowed herself to drift off to sleep. Stirring in her sleep, something wasn’t right… and it wasn’t just the atmosphere of the hospital either. Jerking up, she panicked, searching the room, eyes frantic. A cough escaped her chest as she tried to push herself up into a seated position. Relying on the backboard, she propped herself up. Disappointment spread through her when she didn’t find the familiar presence in the hospital room. “Hey," she greeted her visitor, suddenly aware of the person who entered her room. “Sorry I couldn't help you explain your situation to your dad."
