Fucking brain

I wish I could shut my fucking brain off sometimes, it keeps making think that everything isn't as it should be or seems, it keeps making me think that you don't actually care or that you don't actually love me, it's fucking killing me that part of my brain is doing this to me, I know you care and love me and I know why we can't announce it yet. But my brain is just telling me that it isn't real. The urge is starting to rise and I don't want to slip and do anything. FML
