The only plot that I’ve wanted for like ever but never managed to do was almost a gossip girl plot but without the gossip blog. So rich kids in NY with the world at their feet but struggling to find their place in it, sort of thing.

The words made Sebastian turn around. He’d just been leaving the common room. It felt good to be back in the blazer, and he was glad he’d only been gone for about a month. “Nicky, of course not,” Sebastian said fondly. He’d always seen Nick as a project of sorts, but now that they were good friends, it was different. “I just had to go back to Paris for a month. Family business. But I’m back now.” He strode forward and hugged the other boy, stroking his hair as he did so. “I promise I won’t leave you here again. Especially with Hunter as Captain.” Sebastian chuckled at that. “Now come on, let’s go to practice.”

Blaine stared wide eyed at the doctor sitting on the stool next to him. "Are you seriously asking me if I trust you right now? You're about to perform surgery on my leg." Blaine looked down at his leg, which was about to be set with screws and pins. "I trust that you aren't going to screw this up. That I'm gonna be able to walk when this is all over because that's what you promised, Dr. Duval."
