That had been quite the defining trait of hers. That warm, almost agonizing smile that spoke only amiable things. It lit her face up, brightened the glistening glow in her eyes, and one might question if she had ever experienced strife in her lifetime. It was so honest, bearing so much HOPE. The thought of such a thing was intoxicating, but seeing it nearly slew people. Of course Euanthe never thought it a bad thing. But to those that were NOT so naive, it disgusted them to think she might still smile as though she knew nothing. The shaman stared blankly for a moment, the statement only bringing that smile up to a brighter beam before her expression tilted towards he ground. It took all that she had within her not to chuckle.
❝I apologize. I cannot help but to smile around you, now. It has become a habit.❞

Eager lines creased her expression and you could see her approach the troll in a more personal fashion, arms currently SWATHED in layers of protective gauze. Perhaps a result of preparedness for what she had been learning. It prevented negative backlash from damaging her skin.
❝At least it did not ruin THAT sentence, hm?❞
