I made some bread! Mulgore Spice Bread, though I made it how Taina usually does, with extra cinnamon and some vanilla to make it sweet. It goes great with some jam!

Cranberry Crusader chops for Volenka’s birthday, as is tradition. This year with roasted beets and fresh homemade bread.
Soothing Broth with Wild Rice Cakes, and Buzzard Bites with leftover wild rice.
The broth was...meh. I’m not the biggest fan of vegetable soup, admittedly. Probably a good base for a more substantial soup. (Yeah, duh, it’s broth.) The rice cakes were a massive pain in the ass and not quite worth it, but they would be if I try again and can fix the issues I had the first time. The Buzzard Bites are pretty solid barbecue turkey meatballs. Nothing super special, but pretty easy and pretty tasty. Would make again, I like meatballs.
Last night’s dinner: Boiled Clams and Crusty Flatbread from the World of Warcraft cookbook.
First time I ever cooked live shellfish, turned out perfectly. Gonna use the leftovers for chowder tonight.
I am committing to nothing, but I intend to try to cook every recipe in both Warcraft cookbooks. Next up is Soothing Broth with Wild Rice Cakes.

World of Warcraft cookbook!
At BlizzCon last week we finally picked up the World of Warcraft cookbook. Today we finally prepared our first dinner using the book, skewered peanut chicken and buttery wheat rolls! Yay!
