A Character Sheet specifically designed around the online MMORPG, World of Warcraft. (Hooboy... This'ns a long one...)

Characters Aliases/Pseudonyms: Lady Prescott
Nicknames: Lottie
Alternate Names: Presently has no alternate names or titles.
Character Age: 23
Birth Date: October 31, Hallows End
Real Life Zodiac: Scorpio
Character Race: Gilnean Worgen
House: House Prescott; a lesser noble family.
Faction Allegiance(s): Alliance; The Council of the Black Harvest
Characters Nature: Tycoon
Reason(s): CHarlotte is the kind of person to keep plotting and moving forward with her own goals and intentions. She has a desire, she sees it, she seizes it. It’s that simple.
Character Demeanor: Caretaker
Reason(s): After she became afflicted with the Worgen Curse at a young age, she started trying to maintain a more meek manner. Attempting to take care of those around her, especially after the Northgate Rebellion with her mothers betrayal and siding with the rebels she had to take effort to maintain the upkeep of her siblings.
Characters OOC Class: Warlock
IC Class: Technically no? But she has a pact with the Void vs the Burning Legion. A seeker of knowledge and power she sought a way to have power and keep control over her shapeshifted form.
How/Why: I wanted to apply a form of the D&D 5e Warlock, and the Void seemed the best bet to pull together a warlock esque concept. If I had to put an Archetype to her, right now it’d be either the Great Old One, or the Seeker!
Theme: There are several, but HALSEY’S - CONTROL is the top earner here. Runner up has to be HALSEY’S - GASOLINE. Lastly, this one has no comment just yet for the meaning as it’s integral to the story… KATE BUSH - WAKING THE WITCH.
Meaning: This represents so much of Charlotte. Between the dark magic she wields, to the Worgen Curse to her own desires. The amount with which she attempts to keep everything under her thumb is represented very well with this song. Gasoline is the loss of control for her.
PHYSICAL
The physical attributes for your World of Warcraft Character.
At a Glance: Charlotte is a Gilnean woman of average height with a plumper frame. Her dark burgundy brown hair is usually tied back in either an ornate braid or a loose bun with strands of her bangs always framing her round face. Vibrant violet eyes are her most prominent feature, as she dressed in a more standard skirts and petticoat style that speaks to her Gilnean heritage.
As a worgen, she maintains a more average worgen height, and her fur matches her hair. There are gray accents along her paws and face, while her eyes once more are the striking feature, matching her human form but with a deep violet ember glow.
Description: A proper young Gilnean Lady, Charlotte Prescott holds her head high and her back straight. She looks around with an imperious gaze and allows herself little time to relax. She is always dressed to the nines, in appropriate skirt and petticoat sets as she holds to a very traditionalist style. Her eyes are striking, a vibrant - almost electric - violet color, underscored by a dusting of freckles that stand out in her pale face. Her dark burgundy brown hair is almost always held up in an intricate braid or loose bun, and occasionally she might have a quill stuck through the strands should she be in a rush. Her high collared dresses always have a violet cabochon pendant that seethes with darker energies to those who are sensitive. She wears a dab of makeup, mostly a dark red lip tint as well as a shadowy eye color to add the flair for the dramatic to her appearance. At a glance she might look like a severe woman, but there is the obvious beginnings of laugh lines along her eyes, even for her younger age.
In her worgen form, she maintains much of the same clothing choices as she has learned to enchant the stitchings along her dresses to stretch with her shift. Her fur is of a similar shade to her hair, and her eyes are the same vibrant violet, but they glow with an ember-like aura, even during the day. Her long mane is kept in a tied manner, mostly resting along her left side, tied with red ribbons that match the Gilnean flag. Her ears are petite, propper wolf-like ears with no mars or jewelry on them. Her claws are well kept, although plain, and her tail is well managed. The gray accents along her hands, paws and snout are all natural aspects to her fur.
Physical Marring(s): Her hands are covered in thin, smooth scars.
How?: Mostly from hand sewing/embroidery but also blood magic for her dark practice.
Importance: Nothing specifically
Armor: She utilizes magical armor, an icy void-like armor that lashes out to those who deal melee based damage to her.
Clothing Choice: She dresses to the nines as a proper Gilnean Lady should.
Jewelery or Additional: A simple, gold bound violet cabochon pendant rests at her throat in every outfit she wears. Tucked beneath her dresses is an upside down crescent moon shaped pendant with a dark star like gem dangling in between the spikes of the moon. A plain, single rubied ring wraps around her right hand ring finger.
Voice: I imagine much like the in-game Gilnean female voice! A little more alto, and a little deeper in tone. For both her human form and her worgen shift.
Stats:.
Strength: 10/15 - For all she’s a worgen strength only matters to her as much as hauling bolts of cloth through the manor. She was never one for being super strong, and doesn’t hold that as a virtue for herself. When she has shifted into her worgen form, however, she does gain a supernatural strength. Something she forgets sometimes.
Dexterity: 13 - Charlotte was never one for the physical arts, but she does have a level of grace to herself. She occasionally practices with her brother Colten, and generally does keep her reflexes up with hand eye coordination for her sewing.
Constitution: 15 - As a caster, she is in good health. As a worgen, she is in even better health. Being a caster who draws upon the dark arts, there is a high possibility that she would draw from her own energy source. In that instance, she requires additional energy so she doesn’t make herself fade away as she burns out.
Wisdom: 13 - She's a lady who values her mental stats, to say the least. Alongside her intelligence she has a knack for knowing who to trust and why not to trust someone. Her intuition is that of a witch, so some might say, and she has kept her older brother out of danger more than once with her instinct.
Intelligence: 17 - Charlotte is a well educated young Lady, and she holds her book learning in high esteem. She also has taken it upon herself to learn the dark arts of the Warlock path, and that was all her without the help of her stuffy tutor or her doting father.
Charisma: 20 - Being a warlock, Charlotte needs a lot of charisma to work within her deal. She also is more of a natural born leader than a simpering lady, although she puts the front on of a simpering lady.
MENTAL
The personality and quirks behind your character.
Personality Rundown: At first glance, Charlotte appears to be a simple young noblewoman. She seems bland in appearance, with a little intelligence to show from her tutoring. However, the more you get to know her the sharper her wit appears. Her intelligence and charisma are as sharp as her brother's swords.
In Depth Look: Charlotte is the kind of woman who keeps her friends close, but her enemies closer. No one makes a deal for power and knowledge without being prepared to kill someone for it. Neither has she set aside her own aspirations with making the pact she has. A coldly calculating person, she has sights far grander than even her father is prepared for, and while the help of her siblings and lover are useful, she can and will achieve her goals with or without them. All she wants is the world, and she has the means and mode to get it.
This coldness isn’t too obvious, at first, and she surely doesn’t show it to her loved ones. When you’re close to her, she would burn the world before she sees you hurt, and this goes doubly so for her family. Her intelligence shines through, whether she’s being calculating or caring, and her demeanor of a caretaker belies the malice she has to plot against those higher than she in status. Sometimes it’s unclear if she made a deal with the void, or if the void made the deal with her. And that is something she keeps close to her chest.
Strengths:.This woman is intelligent and charismatic. Her leadership capacity is only surpassed by her desire for power. Goal oriented, she is determined at any point to accomplish what she sets her mind to.
Weaknesses: She isn’t quite set in her ways, but she does hold rather firmly to tradition. When left to her own devices, and not in a state of power hunger, she is wont to question herself and has a deep level of doubts when her plans unexpectedly take turns for the worse.
Likes: Charlotte is the kind of gal who likes silk and sin, but you wouldn’t quite know it when looking at her. Fond of the colors red, violet and green she predominantly chooses to use red and violet together, or violet and green together. She never puts red and green together, far too close to the more tacky Winters Veil colors. Her favorite drink is a Gin and Tonic, with a sprig of Kingsblood in it. Her favorite kinds of sweets are cream puffs, and she adores all things covered in dark chocolates. Coffee over tea, but if she has to do a tea she prefers a strong herbal over a black tea. Power. Her brother, Colten. The Prince and Princess of Gilneas. Her father.
Dislikes: Charlotte doesn’t care for fools, nor does she have the patience for them. The role she plays as a simpering fool of a lady is something that disgusts her, but she sees it as necessary. The color yellow is far too vibrant for her, and she despises the heat of summer. Black tea tastes bitter, and she prefers to have the sweet of herbal teas, but loves the tart bitterness of coffees, go figure. She is not a fan of her mother, nor does she dote on her younger siblings as much as her older brother. While her father loves roses, she isn’t a fan of them. While she has thorns, she should be the only thing that has thorns.
Favorites: Colten, Liam, Tess. Roughly in that order. Dark chocolate anything. Silk and lace. A dark and stormy day filled with rain and the scent of wet dirt. The feeling of an old book in her hands. Cool fall days.
Quirks: Charlotte is allergic to silver, and is sensitive to bright lights. She has a difficult time holding her hands steady, and takes extra time to write her notes in her grimoire. Highly superstitious, she has a particular distaste for ghosts and the undead.
Ticks: When standing idle she holds her hands behind her back, a trick to keep herself standing stock straight “Like a Lady.” She refuses to wear darkened glasses, even though they would help her eyes in places outside of Gilneas. She has absolutely sewn dagger slits into all of her skirts, and that’s the first modification she applies to any pre-bought skirt she gets. When around her lover, she always gravitates to his right side, whether she realizes it or not.
Alignment: Neutral Evil
Hobbies: Sewing, reading, herbalism, poisons, calligraphy, magic, singing, harp
Habits: When going to write anything down, she licks the tip of the quill before dipping it into ink. When her hair is loose and let down, she fluffs the left side when she’s excited, impatient, or generally agitated in positive or negative manners. When interrupted, she will stare at the person until they shut up and let her finish what she was saying.
Interests: Dark Magic, demonology, magecraft, fire magic, poisons, etiquette, lineages
Phobias: There are two things she has a phobia of. Drowning, even though she knows how to swim, the books on witch hunts really disturbed her as a child, even though her father is almost at an Archmage status. Secondly, she is terrified of spiders and other creeping, crawling insects. Her mother cultivates spiders for their silk, in order to provide a stronger silk for clothiers, and when Charlotte was a child she wound up trapped in the area of the house that held the spiders for several hours until her mother eventually found her and brought her out of the room. Threads still sometimes squick her out.
Outlook/Philosophy: Look, we fought for our position in the world. The life we had came from strife. I don’t want the rest of my life to be won by strife. I will be in control of my own fate, and if that means I’m in charge then… Well. I’ll be the top bitch in charge.
HERITAGE
Information about where your character comes from. Their family, their history, their pets or other companions.
Mother: Emilia Savill-Prescott (Mistmantle; daughter of Stalvan Mistmantle. Adopted out)
Relationship: Originally they were very close, but once Charlotte became afflicted with the Worgen Curse and thusly wound up passing the curse onto Emilia, Garrin and Colten, Emilia grew distant from the whole family.
Father: Garrin Prescott. Started out as a wealthy merchant, made a deal with King Genn Greymane and at the betrayal of his wife in the Northgate Rebellion became a titled noble. He took to the Worgen Curse better than his wife.
Relationship: Charlotte is a daddies girl, through and through. She takes after him as a mage-talented person. She loves her father, and hates how her mother broke his heart.
Siblings: She has four siblings. Colten Prescott is her older brother, she admires him and looks up to him, even if she’s jealous and thinks he’s secretly betrothed to Tess Greymane. Her younger brothers are the twins, Karl and Jordan. Neither of them have mage-talent, but they have skills in snooping and sneaking about, they admire and have a crush on Tess together. Lastly is her baby sister, Hollee who is an excellent seamstress and not a bad hand at Alchemy, she’s studied with Krennan Aranas for a little while now.
Relationship(s): Charlotte is close with all her siblings, but shares the Worgen Curse with Colten. She was the one who accidentally inflicted the curse on him, when he tried to save her from the feral state she was in, and she feels guilt for that. She dotes on both the twins and little Hollee, and after her mothers half banishment she became the primary caretaker of her family.
Additional Family: She is close with both the Greymane children, and after the Cataclysm brought everyone back together she became close with Lorna Crowly and Gwen Armstead. She learned quite a bit on household management from Gwen, and has learned more about life from the former Duskhaven Mayor.
Pets: In place of a demon, she has a void-touched Barn Owl familiar named Whisper. Whisper is how the Void primarily communicates with her.
Mounts: She has an almost pony sized horse, Peach, that she rarely rides. She is afraid of horses after she got bit by one as a child.
Details: Peach is about the size and shape of a Gypsy Vanner, but isn’t a draft horse. A strawberry roan gelding he is gentle natured and patient as a boulder.
Childhood: Charlotte had a fairly normal, wealthy merchant kind of childhood. Her mother was a swordmaster under the Greymane family, teaching Liam and even Colten the way of the fencer as well as other styles. Her father was a retired Dalaran magi who was trained during the Third War and saw battle, but wasn’t a frontline combatant. He was being eyed for a position in the Court, but the Prescotts weren’t noble and there was already enough tension there. When she was 8, she went a little too far into the woods and was found by a wild pack of Worgen within the Wall, she was inflicted and became a wild worgen pup running about until she was about 10, then she was found and administered the elixir Krennan had made years ago for the Greymane family.
Teenhood: Not even a teen when the Northgate Rebellion begins, Charlotte’s family is caught between both sides. Her mother discovers her birth family is the Mistmantle family, and chooses to leak information to the Rebels. Meanwhile, Garrin is beginning to step into the position of a court magi as the tensions begin to grow. Both the Greymane children and the Prescott children begin taking lessons together, as Liam aids Colten and Charlotte in the Worgen Curse and they all grow closer. Unbeknownst to Charlotte and Liam, Garrin and Genn both decide that should the Prescotts be elevated to Noble status, the pair would be betrothed. This has no impact on the way their relationship builds, as they don’t know this. She begins delving into the dark magics around the age of 16, as her mother is charged with treason against the Monarchy and Garrin is titled as a noble for turning her in. Now that she is a noble, however, it is easier to banish her and she is allowed to visit her children once a month on the full moon. As the Dark Portal is opened onto Draenor, her brother sneaks away from Gilneas to join the Alliance Military and she sets her mind that the next time he leaves, she’s following him. It’s boring without him there, even with Liam and Tess and Lorna.
Adulthood: The Legion begins invading Azeroth en masse shortly after her 18th birthday, and Colten returns with bad tidings. The Gilnean Nobles begin discussing joining the Alliance as the Legion Invasion points begin growing closer and closer to the city. She leaves Gilneas once she realizes her brother has snuck away again, and is chasing her down. Meanwhile, Liam realizes she’s fled and chases after her, leaving Tess to be the head of the delegation to the Alliance, alongside Lorna and surprisingly both of the Prescott heads.
Currently: Story is at present at her 18 year old state, right before the events of Legion.
Relationship(s): Her family ties, as well as her friendships with the Greymane children and Lorna Crowley.
Partner(s): Liam Greymane
Best Friend(s): Tess Greymane and Lorna Crowley. Colten Prescott, but he’s family and thusly doesn’t count.
BELIEF
A basic rundown of your characters belief system. Any deities they believe in outside of their races, and so on.
Faith: The Light and the Void. Having communicated with creatures of the Void, there is an understanding of the balance between. She wields the shadow magics of the Void, as there are those who wield the bright magics of the Light.
Gods/Loa/Other: She does not have a god she follows, but she does communicate with her Void-Touched familiar, Whisper
Symbol(s): The violet cachabon pendant as well as the crescent moon with a dark star pendant.
Philosophy On: A deal is a deal, and a pact is a pact. I desire knowledge, they [the void] gave it. It’s a transactional system, really.
Additional: The personal power of the arcane is more if her ingrained faith and practice. While the Light is important, as is the Void, the structure and theory of Mage-Craft is the bread and butter she was raised upon. She started her mage journey at the age of 10, not long after she returned from her feral state in the woods.
EXTRA
Any extra information you would share. Notes, ideas, concepts, so on.
Miscellaneous: This is really a character for a story I’m writing… I would be willing to do RP things with her outside of the game, however I have a very specific alternate timeline I”m following for it so you’d need to ask and know even just the rough idea of it. I am MORE than happy to answer asks about her! Just DM my main account (The first reblog account, therpmoo) that you’ve sent me one!
Realm: Technically Wyrmrest Accord, but I don’t really play anymore. I did take her through the Worgen Start zone to refresh my memory of it and get Liam’s and the rest of the canon characters' personalities.
Faction: Alliance
Additional: This is the first time I’m filling anything out about any of my characters, and it’s my own creation of a character file thing! If you want a link to a copyable version, let me know!
