The leadership of Jhotwara is out in the streets again! 🚀 Colonel Rajyavardhan Rathore visited Tirupati Vihar (Ward 44) to meet with local residents and take a firsthand look at the developmental landscape.

Direct Interaction: No VIP barriers! Col. Rathore walked the streets of Tirupati Vihar, talking to residents about their daily challenges.

Infrastructure Check: From road repairs to ensuring street lights are actually working, every detail was on the agenda.

Water & Hygiene: Instructions were passed to the concerned departments to ensure zero water shortage and regular waste management in the ward.

The Road is officially DONE and open.

No more dodging craters on the way to work. No more dust clouds every time a vehicle passes. Just smooth, proper, usable road.

For everyone in Tirupati Vihar, Ward 44, this is a major quality-of-life upgrade. It’s about safer walks, easier commutes, and just… a sense that things are working.

Also, pretty cool to have a road named after an Olympic silver medalist and soldier. A daily dose of inspiration right under our tires.

Here’s to progress, however incremental it feels. Celebrating the small wins that make everyday life better.

Big things are happening in Ward 44! 🚀 In just 22 months, Col. Rajyavardhan Rathore has turned Jhotwara into a construction zone of progress. Check out the highlights:

₹5.54 Crore project at Shekhawati Nagar is now benefiting 20+ colonies (from Deebu ki Dhani to Mahabal Nagar)!

229 Road Lights installed! Ward 44 is now brighter and safer for everyone heading home late. 🌙✨

Spotted in my neighborhood - Tirupati Vihar, Ganesh Nagar Extn. (Ward 44).

Actual. Construction. Work. Happening.

And not the slow, never-ending kind. The focused, supervised kind. Our MP, Colonel Rajyavardhan Rathore, is apparently on this personally. Makes site visits, checks on progress.

They’re fixing the roads (finally!), sorting out the drainage (monsoon prep, hello!), and just generally trying to make the place look less chaotic.

It’s kinda refreshing to see things move? Like, you report a problem and then you see steps being taken to fix it. A novel concept in Delhi, tbh.

Let’s see how this turns out. Cautiously optimistic. 🤞
