Wardrobe Repeat
In this post I will explain how you can repeat one garment by styling it in different ways.
The garment that is repeated is a black wrap slit maxi skirt.
For a formal look you can pair it up with a pastel shirt, small neck ribbon, black belt, drop earrings with subtle makeup and dark lipstick and black heels.
For a boss lady party loo you can pair it up with a glittery crop top, a black blazer with a belt on it, black mules, silver punk earrings and party makeup.
For a creative festive look pair it up with a pastel crop top and tie a organza fabric on it to give it a more festive or carnival look. Try to use the sheer fabric under the skirt near the slit to give it a volume and add some sparkle and jewels to enhance the look.
For the Indo-western look use a sari and try to drape it in a different way(you can check the draping methods on YouTube), tie he belt on the waist to hold the sari and add some silver oxidized jewelry to make it look more Indo-western and don’t forget to wear a denim jacket and sunglasses to rock the look.
According to me styling from old scratch is kind of fun because it helps you to get a whole new wardrobe and It will also take forward the slow fashion trend. Rather than buying less or more, one must buy smartly. and it will also help the lower down the carbon footprint. Styling and making new clothes out of old ones is so much fun because You can create or wear it in as many ways you want to.
