Because late night anxiety attacks mean that today, I need to heal spiritually and take care of myself. Music has always been a tonic for that, especially Nordic music. I think it somehow helps me connect with my roots (I’m a Viking descendent) strange as that may be, but I always feel peaceful and grounded afterwards, almost like my ancestors have reached through the passages of time and reminded me of who the fuck I am <3
Warduna has become one of my favorite groups for music that grounds me when coming down from anxiety. A highly recomended addition to a hiking playlist too
