Warfarin and a young age
Being 22 years old and taking a medicine to thin your blood isn't very fun. I constantly have to worry about daily things. Shaving, riding in cars, sitting too long, or even standing too long. It's craziness, but I guess it's either that or get another blood clot in my lungs. The most worrisome thing at the moment is small needle like red marks on my skin. I'm not sure if its because I'm pasty colored or if its something dangerous... I've asked my clinic *blood clinic* they didn't seem worried...I'm a little freaked out though. I suppose I needed to vent because no one usually takes me serious because I'm sort of a hypochondriac.
