17. Moving in with them
To say the least, Rastera was surprised. To say more, she was quietly freaking out. Of course, she left her “hide out” for quite some time since she went to finish some business of hers, and she expected that to the moment she returns, there can be bandits or wild animals living in her place. It wasn’t actually as much of a home - more like a cave near the forest, but she kept her stuff here, which included books, notes, pile of hay, covered with few blankets to sleep on, and some other things. And since her decision to leave was pretty sudden, she left everything as it was. But what worgen saw was not what she expected to see, and she struggled with thinking what to do or say.
The wrathguard had found himself standing in a cave. He had become separated from his warlock, which to his surprise she never went to look for him. Perhaps this was a test of some sort, or she genuinely thought he didn’t mean to wander so far. He usually was right next to her, but to his annoyance she had left him, again. This wasn’t the first time he had lost his summoner and surely it wasn’t going to be the last. His tail swung behind him as he noted that he lacked his weapons. A low grunt came from his lips as he raised his fists, clenching them tightly as he turned to face the worgen. He stood tall still, his tail swinging at a increasing speed as he got riled up. He remembered that the warlock had told him about these beings, the opposite faction, he continued to show aggression attempting to ward off the Worgen. He was ready to fight if he had to and it wasn’t a doubt that he was eager to take on a challenge.
