Kind of a reference of a Scarlet Court messenger! Unnamed so far.
A part of a hivemind-like structure of smaller beings occasionally called swallows, which are often used to send letters, packages, etc. In fact, many of the court members have at least one for the group. He however is more of a urgent or central courier, moving between field forces and the core of the court at almost non-stop. You see him passing the clouds in the sky, climbing towers for lift-off and occasionally in the throne room, sending a message from the field and back.
