Continuation of the Spider-man spinoff thing (SY and SQQ end up with a mental link when SY's soul accidentally ends up possessing SQQ's body for a bit. And now SQQ is hiding a half-demon SY on the peak)

I now know why SJ likes SQH. (Yes I'm yoinking a trope from the spider-man in gotham fics... listen that's what this AU is based on I gotta take some of the tropes)

So! Shen Qingqiu, Shen Yuan, Liu Qingge, and Shang Qinghua all end up going on a night hunt together. SQQ and SY planned on going alone. They're looking into a flower that might help them to stop sharing thoughts. They're going to stop a demon in a town near the flower as cover. However, SQH heard and decided to go with them. By this point SQQ knows that SQH is a half demon as well, so SQH is a bit paranoid that SQQ is going to out him to the sect. So he's like trying to keep an eye on SQQ. He also wants to get away from An Ding for a bit and this is the perfect excuse

LQG is coming because YQY heard SQQ was going out on a night hunt and is worried for his safety. He noticed something off earlier when SY was still possessing SQQ's body and doesn't believe that SQH was really the best protection As the gang is traveling together, SQH gets hit with some sort of fear toxin. SQH's has the "fight" fear reaction in this AU. So when LQG comes up to see what the threat was and SQH starts to fight him. SQH has always been underestimated by the sect, so LQG thinks that it's going to be easy to subdue SQH. WRONG. So wrong. I don't know if I'd want SQH to be more powerful than LQG, so I'd put them as more evenly matched. But still. SQH gets several good hits in

So now SQQ likes SQH because he got to witness LQG getting punched in the face
