Warren Platner was a mid century American architect and interior designer. His Platner collection, of which the Platner Stool is a part, features iconic sculptural steel wiring and gentle, rounded seats. The Platner side table was used in several episodes of Voyager, as furnishing for serveral crew quarters and for the EMH’s office.
