Greetings Warrior Cat fandom! I am looking for a long-term, literate, 18+, Warrior Cat OC Roleplay partner.
You can call me Aether. I’m a 22 year old transguy from west coast Canada. I’ve been itching to get back into the warriors RP community and am looking for a partner, or small group, of likeminded individuals to work on a project with me.
I’ve been looking a long time for a partner (or a small group) to RP battle cats with. It’s been a long time since I roleplayed Warriors seriously — I was probably 13, maybe 14, and I’m nearly 22 now. I’ve been role playing since I was 10, so I have a fair bit of experience. Now that I’m older, and a better writer, I’d like to try again with more mature themes, plots and characters. Obviously then, I’m looking for adults like myself!
So, what am I looking for?
be over 18, no exceptions (I will cut off all interaction with you if I find out you are a minor. I’m an adult (nearly 22) and don’t feel at all comfortable RPing with minors. Please respect this).
A long-term RP partner. Do not message me if you get bored quickly. My ideal RP partner should be willing to stick to a project for at least a year or two, maybe more.
Be relatively active. I like to be friends with my RP partners, and enjoy a good conversation outside of RP — whether it be character related or not! I understand that we’re all busy people. Believe me, I have my fair share of schoolwork, have a job, and have other hobbies that require a certain amount of responsibility, but part of writing a story together is a group effort. A little notice if you’re going to be gone for a lengthy period of time I don’t think is too much to ask. Don’t ghost me.
Literate writers only. I’m an English major who’s currently writing a book. I’m simply not interested in illiterate or semi-lit RP. It’s not that that these kinds of RP are bad. They can be really well done, but my experience looking for this in the warriors fandom, it’s few and far between sadly. The writing I’d like to be doing will be more descriptive and nuanced than what the warrior cat series provides. What do I mean by this? I’d like my partner to regularly dish out at least one well-written paragraph, but preferably 3-5 in a response. Quality over quantity, always. Our writing should read similar to a loosely-plotted novel.
Be alright with RPing some hard topics. This list includes but isn’t limited to: mental health, violence (they are battle cats...), smut, LGBTQ+ cats, etc. I mean this in the nicest way possible, but if you’re easily triggered by the mention of certain topics, this probably not the place for you. Feel free to talk to me about specific things. I just don’t want to be a year down the line and have my partner flip out at me because of something silly. I will be more than accommodating to your limits. If there is something that makes you uncomfortable to write, please tell me.
There are things I won’t RP. Anything illegal is a big no. But that should be common sense.
