teachers and the administration did something. Once. They just told us something like ‘behave’ and that was it. The kids were literally bullying teachers and nothing. guuuh

yeah they basically just give kids a slap on the wrist and then they're done. So now wonder kids are so emboldened to act out. Like, a kid JUMPED ON MY MOM IN THE MIDDLE OF FUCKING CLASS. He got one detention. Not to mention that when I was in school, I had kids tell me to my face that my mom was a bitch and my dad was a dick. I even had one kid say that mom 'should die like the little bitch she is' because she didn't grade his test as quick as he wanted. It's such bullshit and I wanna make the administration see how terrible they are at their jobs.

God I hate when students are being mean to teachers who don’t deserve it, it makes me want to smash their skulls with my bare hands. The worst is that it’s considered cool. And the administration doesn’t do anything

RIGHT??? I know that high school kids are at that age where they're immature and they want to impress their friends and shit, but the school lets them get away with so much. I was terrified of going to the principal's office in high school, but now it's no big deal. And yeah, the administration does shit to help the teachers. They actually just make it worse and always take the kids side. Apparently it never occurs to them that kids fucking lie. A LOT. I actually thought about being a teacher once upon a time but after seeing all the bull shit my parents have to put up with just to keep their jobs... yeah, that killed it for me.

But you know, those who can't teach become administrators, so it's not like they could do a better job.
