Lots of deep set in dirt and mildew. Very poor drainage in this lanai, Water was not moving or draining we had to use reclaimed to get it out. Driveway was very spotty from previous person who sealed it. Even with all the obstacles we still were able to clean it up sand it and seal it properly.
