To close out today’s trio of semi-solo artist submissions we’ve had since this blog got back into gear, the band/collaboration wastement has given me a copy of their track “lysol” to let loose upon the general public. The track details a relationship to a “freudian slip know-it-all” as well as the general feelings of latent restlessness that might come from say, a winter at Skidmore early adulthood and which can be pretty easily summed up by the image of “adderal, one restless night and an empty can of lysol”. It’s the dorm room angst most of us feel pretty prone to here in January crammed perfectly into three minutes of a drunk and anxious kid singing with an acoustic guitar (not to be confused with the drunk and anxious kids doing that at open mic night).
Give it a listen and like em on the facebooks!
my band is playing an acoustic set at a school talent show tomorrow!!
