see? this is a good scene

1) it shows fuwa’s growth as a character. he may be extra wary of humagears sometimes (and he’s got a very good reason for that!), but he can tell they can actually be used for a good purpose. they saved his life, and they’ve saved many other human lives as well. his perspective is much more nuanced now

2) aruto may be a bit naive, but he’s not dumb - he can clearly see there’s a situation he’s not ready to face, and his own feelings on humagears are a bit more complex than “humagears good! :D uwu” now

3) fuwa and aruto are actually bonding with each other rather than having a meaningless, generic exchange. fuwa, for all his flaws, can be a mature and composed individual that cares for others. he can tell aruto is distressed and tells him the exact words he needs to hear
