Apple Event 2023: iPhone 15 series, Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 launched
Apple’s newest range, which includes the iPhone 15 series, Apple Watch Ultra 2, and Apple Watch Series 9, has been formally unveiled. With a new S9 CPU that Apple claims is 60% quicker and a 30% faster GPU, the Apple Watch Series 9 offers major upgrades. New features worth mentioning include Double Tap for watch control, Name Drop for sharing information with nearby users, and access to health data with Siri.
A new Apple Watch Ultra model with interchangeable watch faces and power zones for gathering exercise-related data was also unveiled by the company.
A16 Bionic processor and Super Retina XDR display-equipped iPhone 15 series were also announced. It has a revolutionary contour edge design, two sizes, and a variety of brilliant colours. The cutting-edge camera system delivers 4K video, auto portrait mode, and 48-megapixel capabilities.
The iPhone 15 Pro provides a more repairable design, software features geared towards gamers, and a titanium structure. Additionally, it has a pro-level camera system with numerous lenses and the A17 Pro processor.
Apple is also switching to a USB-C port for the iPhone. From $399 for the Apple Watch Series 9 to $999 for the iPhone 15 Pro, these items’ starting costs are as follows.
