I finally finished it! I've worked on it since may. I think I'll call it 'Splashes of summer'. Acrylic paint on canvas. The turtles are 3d papercraft, and the tiles are glass mosaics. The happy lady is from a 'Hilda' artpiece, which i absolutely adore.
Thalassa by Emilia Quill was written by me.

i want you like i want water in all its forms; when it's calm, when it's a storm, when it comes in waves, when it dances in winds, when it evaporates, when it pours, when it flows, when it's still. i want you in abundance; in rivers and lakes, in oceans and the seas, in bays and gulfs, in waterfalls and streams, in ponds and puddles in vapour and glaciers, in hurricanes and typhoons, in floods and monsoons. i want you in every part of my breath, i want every part of me consumed.

the rush of wild rivers, the silence of sleeping waves, the symphony of torrential downpours. even the trees and mountains bowed down to you in respect.

Ross Lovegrove designed this Ty Nant water bottle using his trade mark flowing line shapes. He was inspired by Da Vinci's sketches of water and wanted to make 3D representations of these. The rippling effect also makes the bottle easy to grasp while allowing a thin plastic to be used and when its empty the bottle becomes flimsy and easily disposable.
