WATERFRONT HOTEL: Macadamia crusted salmon - pan fried salmon topped with a Macadamia nut crust served with vegetables $32. This dish is advertised with salad but they were happy to swap for vegetables which were delicious. Absolutely fantastic salmon cooked to perfection. The crust was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed the crunch element it gave to the dish. Excellent service and I say this because our garlic pizza starter has been forgotten and we waited a very long time for it before having to ask. Wait staff were very apologetic and took it off our bill without us even saying anything. Well done to a hotel who wants people to return.
