Picking up a light lemon taste in the mid-sip, before it transitions into a muted, grassy and floral hops aspect on the finish. Carbonation level helps provide a crisp mouthfeel that cleanses the palate after each sip. 🍺🍺🍺❌❌ • Waterloo Brewing Co. IPA ABV:5.2% IBU:32 • Beginning consists of toasted biscuit malts, that include sweet flavourings of caramel and honey. A hint of citric lemon and floral flavourings in the mid-sip are introduced, before a fairly assertive bitterness takes you to its conclusion. Mouthfeel goes from buttery in the beginning to thin in the finish with a decent carbonation throughout. @waterloobrewing #waterloobrewing • As I don’t like really hoppy beers, I figured this IPA would be up my alley. However, this one doesn’t remind me of a new school or old school IPA, instead it reminds me of an ESB.
