Can’t help but think ‘wow’ when walking past these beauties. There’s a great deal of opportunity out here, lots of investments to be had. Lusail is being designed for a huge tourism drive for Qatar. First time land had become available for 100% foreign ownership, no sponsorship needed. Land prices are low now, in my view as soon as expats begin buying, they will start to rise rapidly.
