i wanna bet he’s just in general used to being woken up at weird hours sometimes because he had two kids, cough, idk how that situation is for everyone as I do not have kids but my parents discuss that a lot, but my younger sister had massive health issues as an infant so that could be partly why.

Olimar woken up at weird hour half asleep and briefly thinks of home but goes “no wait that’s just my grown ass coworker discovering something he can’t consume”
