Matchday! United headed into the internationals in a perilous position after bruising home defeats against rivals Man City and Liverpool. Later this afternoon, they return to league action as they take on Watford.

United have to put a winning run together with key games against Chelsea and Arsenal on the horizon. They currently sit sixth and are four points behind fourth placed Liverpool.

As for Watford, they sit just above the relegation places in 17th and have managed just one win in their last six league fixtures.

United have to get back on track and boost the confidence of the squad which seems at an all-time low.
