The San Sequoia Market is right in the center of Anchorpoint Wharf, and will certainly have something for everyone to enjoy! This market place consists of food and retail vendors🍕🛍️☕️ a play area for children🛝🏝️ a farmer’s market with plenty of home grown and homemade goodies🥕🥬🍞🍓 and a sitting area to enjoy all the goodies and company you may find!⛱️🧺

Silent Pines, 1998 - V.2

Special Credit: Silent Pines is heavily inspired by and uses a very similar style to the stunning @windbrook savefile by @folkling, the gorgeous portsim savefile by @florwal, and the amazing builds by @moonwoodmillz. Thank you all for your hard work, I take a lot of inspiration from you all.

Silent Pines is a base-game only save file inspired by Life is Strange with 3 major worlds, a whole new set of townies, and a complete mystery to solve.

I used S4Studio to rename all the worlds, and I've decorated all the neighbourhoods with T.O.O.L. As I said before, Silent Pines is completely base-game friendly, absolutely no packs or kits are used. There is some custom CC, mainly posters that add to the story. The CC is one package file and adds nothing other than some customisation to the story. It is not required.

For example the missing poster of Cleo Emerson, a girl who disappeared under mysterious circumstances;

DISCLAIMER: Only Silent Pines (Willow Creek) has the mystery to solve; the other 2 worlds are just for playing in. Also, the 'Harris' household has been notoriously difficult to load into, for which I apologise. If you'd like to explore their house, please bring a sim to visit them <3

Laundromat & Warehouse (cc-free), 30x30, San Myshuno

I looovee multi-functional lots and have wanted to make one for San Myshuno for the longest time! And I thought someone else might find it useful as well. 🐌

This one here is an arts warehouse (with a creative space), an old dingy laundromat, a rooftop area for band practice and an apartment building. You can utilize it however you wish! I've shared it as a generic lot, but feel free to change that. You could potentially turn it into a small business or simply let sims hang out without any restrictions whatsoever.

I've had this tile design saved in my inspiration folder for a while, and I finally brought it to life in The Sims as Haze Tiles. The swatches are also largely inspired by this design: the wall tiles come in mixed "gradients", while the floor tiles come in matching solid shades.
