I’m not exaggerating when I say those last two chapters are my favourite in all the fanfic I’ve ever read ever ~ the tears on my cheeks !! I left a bazillion comments during my reread because authors love that (aka me I love that so pls don’t hesitate to spam if you enjoy my work hehe) 🍃
it’s been over a year now since I finished LOTR for the first time and discovered the ~glittering cave~ that is the Aragorn x Legolas tag on ao3… the prose & characterisation in these stories is genuinely breathtaking
basically all this ramble is to say that I love Tolkien and his world and characters and I love how much we all love Tolkien and his world and characters — and that we have crafted a radiant tragic gay ship out of a king of men and a prince of elves xx
