✨“It is your love lighting me up…”🎶✨
Hello, I love you 🩷
Sometimes self-care is wearing your hair wrapped in a cotton t-shirt;
in this case after I put styling mousse and papillotes in my hair and before going to sleep
(I’m pretty sure I have type 2 wavy hair and my ADHD decided to start a ✨journey✨ so now I’m just calling that self-care and treat it as enrichment in my shower routine)
Waves🥰
Where are my wavy/curly hair dieties 👀 cause I have a problem.
My hair is fairly healthy. I adore my hair pattern. But im still learning what works for me, and while i have it mostly worked out, im a bit frustrated with myself. I often wear it up for work as it gets longer and forget to set it free before bed. As a result, I have a bit of breakage and extra frizziness happening in certain areas. Particularly the top half of my hair. Which is driving me insane to have gorgeous deep waves/curls forming underneath and the top to be a mess of breakage and rough treatment. I'm probably going to end up doing one last chop for the year if I can't get my pattern back under control. Which sucks cause I really wanted to grow it out. It's about chin to shoulder length now.
What products/processes do yall use when you've been a bit too rough on your hair? Particularly if it's just certain areas? Any particular brands, products, or oils you'd swear by? Or haircut styles?
Obsessed with my hair last night so I decided to do a photo shoot 😜
Here’s my morning after natural wavy hair. 🙃 I never go out like this, but sometimes I like how untamed it looks.
