★ What format is your current reads (or reads)? I’m not ready for @brandsanderson’s Wax & Wayne series to be over, but @macmillan.audio was kind enough to send me the audiobook of The Lost Metal, as well as these @turtlebeach wireless headphones, and a set of Mistborn vials! So even though I’m not ready, I’m all set 😭😍 If it’s anything like The Hero of Ages, I know I’m going to be beside myself by the end. To answer today’s question, I am listening to one audiobook, and reading three (‼️) ebooks! I actually use my iPad’s VoiceOver feature a lot when I am reading an ebook that doesn’t have an audiobook out yet, because I mostly prefer audio nowadays. That’s why I am pretty hyped up over receiving The Lost Metal audio from @macmillan.audio! The Lost Metal releases November 15th! I have literally been BURNING through the Cosmere books. I started Mistborn: Final Empire on December 9th and have just raced through. I read the first trilogy, then Elantris, then the Wax and Wayne trilogy, and I finished Warbreaker two days ago.

The thing is, I tried to start The Way of Kings yesterday and I just found the first couple chapters to be really overwhelming? I know Sanderson is fond of dropping you smack in the middle of things with no idea what’s going on but idk this one seems doubly as confusing to me. I know it will get better because I trust Sanderson but it’s proving much harder for me to start than the others did.
