#arrivascouse5k tomorrow which I'm walking with a new friend Natasha and Boo... doing the reverse of what I'd usually do in the face of a 'race' I. E. Try and beat my own PB and most likely not really enjoy myself that much... so this time I'll have the chance to connect more deeply with 2 new friends, dress up in a very eclectic mix of colourful clothes and a rainbow wig!
