As I re-watch the entire series of Everwood [the 1st time in 15 years] I've realized that Ephram was [at most times] unnecessarily being an asshole towards everyone. However he kept the top notch insults for his father. He littleraly had 5 comebacks for his 1. I'm not sure how the teenage me felt about it at the time, but watching the show now as an adult, I've noticed that the behavior of the kid I admired so many years ago is kind of the worst haha He was extreamly short tempered and quick to go into verbal attacks. His way of arguing with other characters in the show consisted of him throwing somthing back at their face...no matter how touchy the subject. I must admit it's all quite fascinating to watch tho....the writers gave that kid so many good one liners that even I was clutching my pearls after every one of his jabs.
I still love the kid... problematic and all.
