background: 

gianna was born in miami, florida and moved to charlotte, north carolina at the age of 8. her parents own a successful real estate business which they plan on leaving to gianna to manage.

she was raised well but always longed for more than the wealth and the nice cars although her parents are strict with her, she loves them both which is why she is majoring in business management even though she hates it.

during her teenage years, gianna thought she had mastered sneaking out of the house until her parents caught her coming home one night. she got in huge trouble and got given multiple lectures, as expected. 

by getting caught, she kissed goodbye to her partying ways for her teenage years and was forced to focus on her studies. 

when college came around, even though she hated her major, gianna couldn’t wait for the freedom that came with it. 

the built up desire to go out and be wild from her teenage years, began to reveal itself in college. 

she is making up for lost time by doing everything she feels like she missed out on, whilst trying to maintain her grades. 

this mission to catch up can sometimes land her in trouble due to the spontaneity of her plans and her erratic behaviour.

personality: 

effervescent --- gianna’s vivacious and enthusiastic spirit is captivating and is what generally attracts people to her. she is lively and lives for the thrill and this attitude is contagious to those close to her, which makes her fun and exciting to be around. confidence and a positive outlook is something she never seems to lack. 

candid --- gianna is nothing if not truthful and straightforward. she says things how they are, but is considerate and careful as to how she words it. honesty is something she doesn’t struggle with, unless it’s with her parents. she is the type of person who you can trust to give you their utmost honest opinion but also the person to keep you in check, even if she can’t keep herself in check sometimes. 

erratic --- her unpredictable behaviour makes gianna sometimes dangerous to be around. she takes spontaneity to another level and more times than not, this ends up with her, and anyone involved, in trouble. sometimes, she needs someone to knock her down a peg and keep her in line but she is difficult to deal with at times due to her being. 

stubborn --- when gianna sets her mind on something, she does it. she is strong willed and stubborn, like her father. it’s hard to change her mind when it’s already been made up. her strong opinions and adamant nature can make her difficult to deal with, but everyone has their thing, right?

goals: 

gianna wants to explore the freedom she was given a taste of as a teenage with the upcoming road trip. 

she also wants to find herself a trusted friend who will keep her in check and act as a cornerstone for her 

she plans to continue the exploration of her bisexuality to the fullest extent and she also plans to enjoy every minute of it ( maybe even develop a relationship ) 

gianna wants to try find her niche on the road trip, which could lead to her changing her major to doing something she actually enjoys.

nowhere near the bad boy archetype but still somewhat guarded.  he’s on a mission to explore his life outside of glitz and glamour 

probably stocked up on s’mores essentials because they fit in with the road trip/camping aesthetic

it’s cliche, really, but he just wants to remember what it’s like to not live a life reined in by nondisclosure agreements

he’s in the midst of an identity crisis and thought it might be nice to understand the public relations side of things, hence why he’s back in school

won’t hookup with EVERYTHING that moves or breathes as suggested by the tabloids circa 2017 but is very in tune with his intimate and romantic side and if you’re lucky enough he’ll open up to ya.

won’t be offended if you didn’t watch the show he was on, don’t u worry, but also if u happen to know who he is and u scream his ears off he’ll (nicely) bill u for his eardrum surgery

jk I’m Hailey, 22, can read. and this is my baby Dominic. I have his bio here, so feel free to check that out! Dom is kind of an old muse for me that I’m dusting off, so here’s just a little bit about him!

Dominic is a surgical resident at Columbia, and he wants to be a pediatric surgeon at the end of residency. This July he started his third year of residency.

He’s got a seven year old son named Eric (technically he’s not seven yet, but his birthday is in like two weeks ok??) who he had with his late wife, Grace. She died on new years day two months after Baby E was born. She was Dom’s high school sweetheart and he’s never really been with anyone but her. So he does the single dad thing and is very protective over his son and the little life he has, but he does hope to one day fall back in love.

He currently lives with his younger sister, who I would actually love to get a connection to! She helps him take care of Eric, and also basically takes care of him at the same time. I imagined the two of them to be super close, best friend type of siblings, so if anyone wants in on that let me know!

Dominic is my goofball, I swear to god this lil bean... He’s silly and funny and loves to just be happy. He cracks jokes all the time and can talk almost nothing seriously. He’s just like the class clown type in any situation. If you’re ever upset, he might not know what to say, but he will make funny faces until you smile again.

Because he is so happy on the outside, you’d never guess what’s really going on in there (he’s a fuckin cancer man, queens and kings of putting on a happy face). He has not been able to love anyone since his wife died almost seven years ago. He’s been in one relationship since, and that ended terribly. People (mostly his sister) have tried to set him up to no avail. And he’s bummed about it, tbh. He is still so madly in love with his wife, but he can’t help but feel like she would want him to find someone else who could love him and Eric. But for right now, he’s just truckin’ along, being a cute lil goof dad.

background:

chae has adhd, which led to a lot of issues in his youth, particularly in regards to unchecked anger + a lot of problems with his parents. he’s been taking meds for it since he was a kid, and has dealt w/ the stigma surrounding it his whole life

his parents are colossal pieces of shite who were incredibly unsupportive of chae & his passions, while placing far too much pressure on his elder sister

his sister committed suicide when chae was nineteen, and it had a huge impact on him, as they had only recently become super close 

he tries in vain to push down his emotions any way he can. drumming, boxing, getting absolutely plastered. he just doesn’t rlly wanna confront his issues, and will go to any means possible to assure that he doesn’t have to face himself

chae’s dream has always been music. he’s a drummer, and while he was initially a jazz drummer ( bc even tho his parents were against him drumming, they still forced him to drum in a way they agreed with lmfao ) electronic drumming is his Real Love. he creates his own music, and is trying in vain to make it in the dj scene with some nice electro swing tunes 

currently, he works part time at a cafe bc his dj gigs are def not making him enough cash. ( as a lover of sweets, he ends up eating way too many muffins lmfao )

he also sometimes does paid fights for some extra cash, but not very often

his wife ( tho u know her as his gf ) is veronica !! he married her so she could stay in the states, and even though he really truly adores her... he was not prepared for that commitment. he’s still struggling with it, and doesn’t know how to begin to broach that topic of discussion  

personality: 

he is the type to desperately want to be close to people, and have strong friendships/relationships, but he has a lot of trouble effectively communicating those desires. he’s taught himself to be withdrawn because he can often be a little much once he opens up. he talks A Lot when he’s really comfortable w/ someone. like.. nonstop, motormouth chatter about anything and everything. it has scared people off before so he remains distant to avoid being hurt.

because of that... he can come off as lowkey mean, but that isn’t his intention. he’s sarcastic by default, and that combined with a general fear of letting people in makes him seem like an absolute asshat lmao 

he definitely has his bad days though, and fairly frequently too. on those days... it is his intention to be mean, though he doesn’t even really understand why he’s so damn grouchy

he’s pretty #fakedeep. wears mostly black, has sweaters that say “god is dead,” will go on long winded rants about our place in the universe, and got into boxing bc he thought the scars looked cool. 

but he’s also... a NERD. loves video games ( esp overwatch ( dva main, obviously )), plays a shit ton of rhythm games ( ex: taiko, osu, stepmania, ddr etc. ), lives for classic 90s anime, and finds joy in collecting weird and rare action figures.

his room is perpetually messy, his sleep schedule is a hellscape, and he outright refuses to eat vegetables unless forced to 

overall: a mess! 

some shitty base level plot ideas:

- old classmates who haven’t seen each other in ages - a fellow musician he only ever sees when they’re both performing on the same night and they’re switchin out equipment - someone who will take him out to a club and get #crunk with him bc he only ever drinks at home like a Sad Boy  - dramatic exes? maybe???? because he has no idea how to handle his own emotions lol. or a crush, or someone crushing on him ( but like.. why? ) ... idk ! i’m down for whatever !  - they come into his cafe all the time, and he somehow always ends up being their server. this could go a lot of ways. maybe they’re a huge asshole to him and he gets fed up with them, or maybe they’re The Nicest Person Ever and he throws in an extra cookie once in awhile bc They Deserve It. or maybe they never ever speak but damn he thinks they’re cute  - he’s… boxed with them before ? and then they see each other outside of fighting and are like ??? do i know u from somewhere. - fellow rhythm game enthusiast. play ddr with him.

howdy y’all, i’m amie and this is my cheeky little dancer andi. i’m always down for plotting and connections and just writing and chatting in general so hmu or like this or whatevs. 

 andi never knew her biological father. her mother fell pregnant after a fling with an older man while she visited her home city of ahmedabad in india. Nineteen years old and concerned about the weight it would bring to her family, her mother moved to the united states to live with her sister in philadephia. 

andi was a constantly active child who thrived off the attention of others. at school she was intelligent but much more focused on showing everyone how good she was. her mother, now independent and able to support herself, poured money that she could spare in to dance classes and after school clubs to keep andi busy and occupied. 

all of her mother’s efforts paid off very quickly. andi excelled at any physical sport and club she attempted. by middle school she was the captain of every team but more than anything she loved to dance. music would blast from her room at all hours of the day as she spun on the carpet until the colour faded and sweat dripped from her brow. 

andi’s life changed quite drastically when her mother met a man. he was charming and smart and worked in manhattan and andi knew he was good for her lonely mother but his two sons, both older than andi, had their own things to prove. despite the lack of blood relation, the three siblings are frighteningly similar. their desire to be the centre of attention, to prove themselves and to excel at everything is their most dominant trait. 

when andi started high school it was decided that they would move to manhattan to unite the two families together and although it took a lot of adjusting, andi - as always - adapted. she soaked in the sparkle of the city lights and the opportunity and instantly she began to rotate in circles related to dance and theatre. 

andi grew closer to the owners of many of the studios throughout the city and during her sophomore year of high school she delved deep in to an attraction with one of the head dancers at a studio in Brooklyn. it was a deeply passionate attraction and ultimately ended in the two taking on a majority of the studio responsibilities alone. 

when she left high school she’d already stowed a lot of money and contacts under her belt as well as her unwavering adoration for dance. plus, her new father promised to support her anyway he could and soon enough he’d secured her a small apartment in Williamsburg and placed the deposit on a place where andi could open her own studio. 

five years later and andi is more in love than her job than ever. she gets to dance everyday and teach children and adults about the magic of the art form. she has been featured in multiple music videos and danced alongside named stars but what makes her happiest is seeing her students grow....as well as her views for her choreography on youtube and instagram. 

in terms of personality, andi is very upbeat to the point she CAN cause headaches with her obnoxious smile. she finds it very hard to be still and likes to talk but she can also be quite childish....but she thinks she’s pretty charming.

it’s been a hot minute since i’ve been in a group, but i’m mel! i’m 20 and currently reside in the pst. i rewatched baby driver more times than i can count (like tbh pls talk to me abt ur feels about it if u have any bc i wanna cry about it with someone), so that’s why i decided to bring my girl lucero into the mix. under the readmore, i’ll have some more info for her and y’all can feel free to slide into my dm’s if u wanna plot bc i’m always 100% down for everything and anything.

lucero was born and raised in los angeles in the type of area that you wouldn’t want to be caught dead in once the sun sets. her mother worked herself to the bone as a maid to put a roof over her and her brother’s head, but lucero saw how she suffered at the hands of rich white people who did nothing but belittle her and take advantage of her lack of education to screw her over with her pay. they barely made ends meet most months, and lucero often remembers the way they would shop exclusively at secondhand stores and clip coupons religiously to ensure they would have food on their table.

life wasn’t easy, but lucero knew she wanted more than this, so she took it upon herself to study hard in order to “become a professional” as her mother would often say in order to go to college one day and make enough money to get them out of their situation. however, her brother, oscar, had taken a different approach, meddling with the wrong people at too young of an age that ultimately led him into a life of crime. he was in and out of juvie throughout his teens and caused their mom to stress so much to the point that lucero eventually grew to despise him and to this day, the two don’t talk as often - part of the reason being that they’re now separated by many states and a set of bars since he managed to ultimately land himself in prison for armed robbery.

studying hard paid off and she ultimately got enough financial aid, coupled with scholarships, to go to nyu to study business. it was hard to leave her mother behind, but her mom insisted she’d quickly regret not taking the opportunity to spread her wings and see what more was out there. it was in new york that she realized there was an easier approach to making money.

becoming an escort wasn’t as difficult of a decision as it would’ve been for most. for her, it was like any other job, only she got paid a whole lot more. men were eager to pick up a young, hot 20-something-year-old that’d make them feel like they were finally worth something, so she figured she would do better to profit from it than anything. she got a nice apartment for herself and made enough to regularly send money back to her mom so she wouldn’t have to clean houses anymore.

she managed to get her bachelor’s degree in business, but her focus is now fully on her job as an escort in the hopes that she’d make a connection that would maybe one day help her launch her modeling career - it’s far-fetched to some, but she’s far from settling into an office job that wouldn’t afford her the life she has now, one that she will do anything to keep as it is.

ANYTHING, REALLY.

she has no time for, like, legit heartwarming romance, but she’s always up for a fuck buddy or two. she’s also lowkey afraid that falling in love would lead her to second-guess her job, which is her #1 priority, so she avoids sweet boys with hearts in their eyes like the plague.
