Hey guys, I’m so sorry, I have been ignoring all of you for so long because my mental health isn’t the best right now. I’m struggling with stress and anxiety attacks for quite a long time and I though I needed a break.
My exams aren’t going so well and I’m still trying to figure out my thesis and it’s being a very hard time on my personal life too. This blog, I’ve put some effort on it and I don’t think that I’m in a place rn to help anyone, so I will stop blogging, for a while at least, because it doesn’t make me happy.
So, before I go, I would like to remind you that your mental health is the most important thing and you should take care of yourself. No matter how hard are your exams, how close are your deadlines, always remember to give yourself a break every now and then. And please, take your time to process your feelings. You are valid. Please take care. I love you all.
