wabbit season
no idea why i never posted this. redraw of my favorite scene from wcrr!!
(this is actually a redraw of art i made yrs ago when i read it for the first time. i put the og under the cut)
i just got the book "Who Censored Roger Rabbit?" (the book wfrr is very loosely based off) and every time i start a new book i make a bookmark for it so!! heres this!!
He reached out his paw to shake, but it dissolved on the way. He reached out his other one, but it went likewise. He winked an eye instead, and the rest of him crumbled to dust.
We worked pretty hard on this one and I'm so grateful and excited for everyone involved. From Anthony Burch and his great game to Weberson Santiago's evocative illustrations, and Adam McIver's just stunning graphic design, it's been a delight to work on.
We had a long road in getting Two Rooms and a Boom to print and one of the great things about World Championship Russian Roulette has been trying to implement everything we've learned since our first kickstarter. Our biggest lesson was to get the graphic design and illustration done before the Kickstarter, since for us, that's always been the biggest hold-up. After that we've tried to simplify the Kickstarter page and it's pledge levels and stretch goals. Finally, one of the last lessons we learned, which we're even now still working on improving, was to have as much data about shipping as you can ahead of time. Honestly, I probably spend more time with spreadsheets on this game than I do any other aspect.
Regardless, WCRR is a great game that we finally have the pleasure to show off.
