Wolfe is so fucking pure. Like, not only does his own emotion have a violin too, but he was just gonna leave so Jack wouldn’t feel too crowded with so many people.

“He’s vulgar, rude, improbably, criminals, and touching my stuff! Get me new coworkers!”
Oh. Germaphope. Alright, something pretty mundane for the world of magic, but I totally get it.
“Removal of Dangerous Malforms”
This sounds like a ghostbusters thing.
But given how shady that lady is and how eager she was for magic users, I don’t think it is going to be as wholesome as ghostbusters.
Hey, you think he sees everyone’s emotions like this all the time? Because if he does, that means he’s been seeing her anger ever since he got there?
You think he tries to keep this own the downlow because of that?
So this is a pretty cool chapter cover. It looks like we are dealing with an empath with a very cool way of using his powers. I’m already liking this.
Look at that, he is changing people’s emotion with just his music.
And Wolfe isn’t feeling only yellow, there is red and blue mixed in, but it is so close to him that he is able to manage his other feelings while playing.
I just love art like this.
So that is going to do it for me. I forgot how long these chapters can be, so I probably won’t blast through it like I did the first chapter.
I really like Jack and Wolfe, for different reasons. Jack is snarky, entertaining, a bit of an grump and an ass but understandable for him what with his perminantly on power that he is forced to have.
Wolfe is pure, kind, helpful, really cares for Jack (and Jack really cares for Wolfe too). They are just really cool.
I don’t like the captain. She already assumes that these two are just absolutely terrible, and is just searching for information to prove it. And the Council Lady Fairbairn...yeah don’t trust her. At least Captain was honest in her anger. That lady is up to something, and I don’t like it.
Maybe Jack and Wolfe will run into Sidney again soon? I want to see Sidney again!
