Tobias and Casey as a "we" couple, and that they ask the whole table to move seats because they want to sit together lol

Ethan & Kaycee are totally the mom and dad of the group. Even if Ethan got that role by default. When I read this, I immediately thought of this fic (Thankful). They're just the couple who will go out of their way to make sure others are looked after too. Now, Tobias & Casey are also this way, but not to the same degree Ethan & Kaycee are.
Tobias & Casey are very much a we couple, with one caveat. Casey does not allow him to say, "We're pregnant." "We're expecting..." Sure, they both are. But SHE is pregnant, and until he is growing a human and squeezing a child out of his privates, there will be no "we" regarding being pregnant. (Now I want a fic where he fucks up, and she loses it... ooohhhh)
They are absolutely sitting next to each other if they're out. Now, they don't have to be attached at the hip. Like, if they're at Donahue's, they'll start out together - then he may meander over to talk to some old friends from Kenmore or join Bryce for a game of pool, and Casey may go off and talk with Jackie or Ethan, but they won't stay apart from each other too long.
The friends are like, "I can't wait until the newness wears off so you two aren't so disgusting." It never happens. They're just as crazy about each other until their last day.
