I just wanted to express my opinion on everything

Please don’t attack anyone

When it comes down to it, we don’t know what really happened

We were given a 7 minute story from a perspective. A perspective that paints *certain* people in a pretty bad light. And I feel that many people are going to immediately jump to conclusions.

Be aware that I’m not defending anyone here, but I think it’s important we all keep in mind that there are two sides to every story. We only know about the bits and pieces that Stephen decided to share with us.

Feel free to form opinions and think of anyone however you may like, but also remember that we don’t know everything.

while i immediately made a meme about the situation, i wanted to say that i fully support stephen and his decision. i will miss him from danplan so much as he really did carry a lot of the funniest jokes the channel had, he was truly an important member of danplan and he deserves to know he’s important.

I have so many bad feelings

I am so scared right now that this is going to start a war. I mean just from the videos alone I could never have imagined Dan to act like that. I think Stephen made the right choice and I support him, but at the same time I can't say I'm mad at Daniel. Don't get me wrong, what Stephen described Daniel do is not really acceptable, but it just...... doesn't feel like Dan. I am so shocked right now I can't believe he did that. And now that the community knows I can't help but have anxiety that everybody is going to gather their forks and go after Dan. I don't want to come out the wrong way, especially since this is my first post in the fandom, but please everyone, let's take a deep breath and be there for each other. Thank you for listening to my rant and please remember, behind every screen the is a person.

the new videos

I can see that a lot of the comments on danplans new video are about Stephen being more than an employee,, and although I and everyone else believes that is true, Stephen asked we don’t attack anyone, and also the channel is more than just dan and so filling the comments with this takes away from the other members/animators getting to hear feedback about the video they helped make,, I’m mad at dan too and I don’t know if I can view the channel the same anymore but let’s not make anything worse for Stephen or hosuh or anyone else by being aggressive about it all.
