Frank Castle be careful I'm so serious being Peter Parkers parental figure is a dangerous job
hallo i havent opened tumblr in like half a year and realised i never posted this (follow me on instagram, thats my main place where i post art)
“what i’d wear as tony stark’s daughter” IM SAT
Hc Peter abuses the fact that he knows Tony stark, a billionaire, but not in the “give me a million dollars” or “haha I know Tony stark” way. More in a “get him to pay injured victims hospital bills” way like
Peter, as Spider-Man, after saving a civilian: QUESTION!! Do you have health insurance???
Injured civilian: uh no?
Spider-Man: dw that’s ok I’ll get Tony stark to pay your hospital bills then.
Injured civilian: HUH?!?!
And Tony just pays all of them cuz he can’t say no when Peter asks him to do something and Peter’s good at saving people so civilians rarely get seriously hurt, so Tony can afford to lose a couple thousand dollars every once in a while.
being tony stark's kid headcanons
pt. 2 | full stark!reader masterlist pairing: platonic! tony stark x reader, platonic! avengers x reader, peter parker x reader, gn reader content: mostly fluff, some arguments between reader and tony. implied romance between peter and reader, takes place pre-infinity war. tony is a little overprotective, harley from im 3 mention, headcanons follow reader from childhood to peter's age in spider-man homecoming, no use of y/n. takes place in the same universe as my peter fic, about you :) a/n: yes i am doing more y/n stark fics without using y/n and you can't stop me!! if you want more, here's my full stark!reader masterlist :D
tony didn't plan to have you. the exact opposite was true, actually. your biological mother had been some fling from some party he had forgotten about. but then pepper informed him that your mother had passed and had a child she was certain was his, and things changed. before he knew it, he had full custody of you, a new bundle of joy in his life.
tony didn't think fatherhood would come easy to him. but the moment you opened your eyes and let out a little baby gurgle and a smile, he felt himself crack.
tony doesn't believe in the idea that you shouldn't buy your baby nice clothes because they're going to outgrow it in two weeks. if you're going to be his kid, you're going to wear the nicest, most expensive clothes anyone has ever seen!
(a scathing gossip column article is written about tony, calling him an irresponsible father for buying you a 100% down feather-filled winter jacket at 8 months. but how could he resist? the hood had little bear ears, damn it!)
Peter: *sneaks into the tower at 2am*
Tony: *turns in a swivel chair* Care to tell me where you were?
Peter: I was with.. uh... Harley..
Harley: *also turns in a swivel chair* Care to- *keeps spinning* Tony- I can't stop the chair-
I’m obsessed with the idea of Tony slowly getting to know Peter just by listening to his voicemails (after Peter gets Tony’s number and starts sending him updates instead of Happy). As time passes, Peter is convinced that Tony hasn’t listened to any of them so he starts getting more and more unhinged and saying way more than he would ever say to Tony’s face and Tony is just lurking, growing more and more fond of this kid that rambles to his voicemailbox.
Peter’s still a shy bean to his face, so he doesn’t mention that yes, he actually does listen to the voicemails in fear of Peter stopping.
And then one day Tony slips up and mentions something that Peter told him in a voicemail and Peter is completely mortified. You mean his mentor actually listens to them? He’s heard Peter regale his most embarrassing school stories and gush about his childhood crush on Thor? He thinks his life is over until Tony panics and tells him that receiving the voicemails is one of the best parts of his day. Peter stares at him like a lost puppy and Tony shies away from the feelings and everything’s as awkward as usual.
But that night, a voicemail comes in, and it’s no different than any of the others. Peter yammers like his heart depends on it, and Tony can’t help but feel that it’s an acknowledgement of the fact that yeah, they may have a difficult time talking to one another in person, but they both care, and maybe if they keep trying, they can make this father-son thing work.
And Tony thinks that next time a phone call rolls in, he just might answer.
