i dunno how exactly the mark would get there — you can use your imagination for that one. (i'm thinking hickies with more biting involved than necessary because kazuha's kind of an asshole.)

BUT. i just wanna say i'd find it hilarious if people who could sense elemental energy felt the constant anemo coming off of you despite you either having a different vision or not having one at all....

...and then they'd notice the exact same energy coming off of kazuha. elemental energy doesn't just... rub off on people like that, especially not to that degree. and despite people having the same vision, the energy differs depending on the person. it's almost individualized. so some people can probably figure out what happened if you have the same energy as kazuha.
