Was there an even number of sign ups? Do you know yet if you’ll use any alternates? Very excited! Thank you for all that you do!!

Everyone is paired up- we can make it work even with odd numbers! Right now all the drop-outs have been easy to contain because we're still matching, so we just shift people around.

We won't know if we need to use an alternate until about December. If ANYTHING happens, we IMPLORE people to just reach out to their mod and let them know they're no longer able to participate. In years past, alternates have created something on the fly with only 24-48 hours notice so folks all receive a gift, but with more notice, it can be more tailored and it allows our alternates more time to prepare.
