Bull: Bull had a suspicion he may have sired the Inquisitor during one of his memorable nights with a red head. Had to be one because they sure as hell didn't get their red hair from Bull. Since arriving in Thedas, Bull had fucked many red heads. Too many to name really.
Truth be told it terrifies Bull. He never thought of himself as a father. Not really possible under the qun. Things were different now that Bull was tal vashoth. The idea of being a father was still fucking terrifying, but he might as well try. Kid was practically fully grown so he couldn't screw him up too bad.
Blackwall: Blackwall had thoughts of starting a family, but life took a different turn for him. He's unsure of how to act around the Inquisitor and doesn't even know how to start being a father.
It's best that the Inquisitor didn't have him in their life. He's a killer and a coward. The fact that he does have a child inspires him to finally come forward with the truth. Best to stop running and accept his fate.
