I’ve been very fortunate to have done a fair bit of travelling in the last few years and I love it so much, but my god my anxiety hits me like a train every single time. The last time I went away I was gone for 2 months and was not anxious at all, because of that I figured I’d be OK this time, plus I’m going away with my mum, but nope.
