Feeling extremely inadequate today....
I am tired. I am worn. I am anxious. And it’s taking it’s toll on my mind mentally.
Yet, even when you reason... it doesn't help. I don’t want to wear make up nor do my hair... I don’t want to workout nor go o work... tbh I don’t know what i want to do...
I tried to tell the boyfriend, but my communication skills aren’t that great... He denied my self-hate comments lightly, but... I don’t believe him. I must be genuinely crazy.

A year ago... I was 185lbs... Two years ago... 170lbs... Today I am 200lbs again... I want to die. I can't stand this. It's like, if I don't stay working out 2 hours a day, every day and eat pure greens... I'm doomed to be fat... I know it's a balance, but even when I balanced at 185, I couldn't maintain either-or.... But 200lbs... Just freaking kill me already 🙁

I don’t know what is happening anymore. My best friend is moving onto other friends and I feel paralyzed as I watch and unworthy to do anything. My best guy friend doesn’t wanna hear my drama or feelings; he just has to do him. My girlfriend is so conflicted with personal problems that she’s almost changing personalities and we are drifting, we argue, we can’t hold conversations very long without someone angry or defensive, and she doesn’t say I love you anymore… I feel like i am drowning. Paralyzed. Lost. Losing it.
