since it is RAT day i thought i'd share this headcanon i have for doom: i itch my nose by rubbing the whole front of my face from like my chin to my forehead, i tend to project it onto doob as like a comfort cause people always have to like nag or mention it BUT LIKE!!!! thinking about doob doing it too makes me feel so 💓💓

OH BOY i love this dude to bits…I gotta say tho, I think my favorite thing about him is his goodhearted nature. He tries to do the right thing every time, even when the circumstances are against him aaaAA (something else i rly enjoy abt him is his goofy, excitable moments, like..relatable lol)

i actually talked a bit more abt what i like abt david here hehe

least favorite thing about them

ACTUALLY… I think he had a lot more potential within the movie. The biggest complaint i have in regards to the film is i feel like David wasn’t really allowed to grieve or be properly torn up over Jack’s death. Truthfully im more iffy with the writing than David himself. hes good and deserved better

HOO i have a lot but hmmm David’s pretty good with kids since he had to look after his younger siblings a lot. He learned a lot of basic skills like cooking and such to better look after them whenever his parents might be away. He’s ALMOST like another parent for them, but he’s still the dumbass big brother. Im thinking his career might have something to do with working with children, like a teacher or something. ill make up my mind later

I dont think this really counts as an unpopular opinion lmao but i just … dont see how some people think David’s an asshole. Like i get the writings wonky when it comes to characterization BUT David is not some malicious asshole who’s to blame for everything that happens in the movie.
