Floods hit several parts of Metro Manila after a sudden downpour on Thursday afternoon.
This happened earlier today... once again just like last year, floods were brought about not by typhoon but by southwesterly winds called "Habagat." Yup! More than an hour of strong rains brought heavy floods to some areas of the metropolis.
